Returns/Refunds Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States. Any order of $25 or more will ship for free, and the free shipping is automatically applied during checkout. There is no minimum on the number of items that must be ordered to qualify for free shipping as long as the total is $25 or more. Any order placed that is less than $25 will ship for a Flat Rate of $4.99 regardless of the customer‘s location. Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 8:00 PM EST will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Shipping and handling times may be affected by certain holidays throughout the year.
